True

I found this on accident, but it's pretty much the most logically accurate analysis of a comedian I've ever seen.

  • He didn't do any impressions in "One Hour Photo" or "Insomnia."
I liked those, but I always feel like I'M on speed when I watch him do comedy.

  • Know what else? Those movies weren't supposed to be funny. That's why he's tolerable. He's OK when he's unfunny. Like Dead Poet's Society unfunny. Or Good Will Hunting.

As long as he'll just acknowledge that he's unfunny, it's OK.

But the pelvic thrusts and the abbreviated sentences and the Whoopi Goldberg, well it's disgusting.

  • Oh, yeah, he's a fantastic dramatic actor. He matched -- and possibly outperfomed -- Al Pacino in "Insomnia." I'll give him credit where it's due, but he's just unfunny as a comedian.

  • I think his brain is fried from all the white lines he did in the 70's, 80's, 90's and possibly yesterday.

  • Popeye's is delicious.

  • Robin W. was on "Inside the Actor's Studio" last night. People were laughing before he even talked. It was odd.

  • I know no one's probably going to read down this far, but just so the record shows: Death to Smootchie sucked man ass.
