I have some friends who, when they're on the chatter, like to indicate laughter as QBert would indicate cursing.

So a oh-so-typical exchange might go:
Me: "You might be a redneck if..."
Them: sldkjfl;ksdfgj

But today, one came back at me like this: djflKJÒ_Ô¬°_…¬°

And I was just curious if any of you know what ¬ is. I've never seen it and don't know what use it is for, or even how to make it. It's not often you discover new characters in our lifetime. All I knew it as was a Tetris piece.
